Mobile Bar Hire Hampshire

Here are some of the most frequently asked questions and answers about our mobile bar hire services, in addition a section on how to book a mobile bar.

1.    Do you charge for your services?
A.    We are pleased to inform you that provided there is a minimum of 100 adults present at your event we are a free service. Any numbers under 100 please inquire for a quote.

2.    Are you licensed?
A.    We are fully licensed to sell alcohol, however if a venue is not licensed we require £21 to apply for a temporary events notice on your behalf.

3.    Can my guests pay by card?
A.    Yes we can provide a mobile card facility (signal dependant)

4.    How many staff will you have?
A.    Up to 100 guests 2-3 staff, with an extra member of staff for every 25 guests over 100.

5.    What time do you set up and start serving?
A.    We try to set up the day before or the morning of the event, this takes us approximately 1 hour.  We normally start service from 5.oo pm, however a time can be arranged to suit your needs.

6.    Do you charge corkage for table wine, arrival drinks and fizz?
A.    We do not charge any corkage provided that all alcohol not purchased from the bar is removed by the agreed time.  For weddings this is usually after the meal and speeches.

7.    What time do you stop serving?
A.    We generally stop service at 11.30 pm which is dependent on venue and license.  Extensions can be arranged if requested.

8. Do you offer mobile bar hire services in Hampshire?
A. Yes we offer mobile bar hire services in Hampshire including London, Dorset, Sussex, Portsmouth area.

How to book

We require a deposit payment of £200 to secure the date of your event. The deposit is refunded 30 days after the event provided that there are a minimum of 100 adults present and the terms and conditions set out in the contract are adhered to.

An additional £21 is payable if a temporary events notice is required for venues that do not hold valid licenses.

Deposits are made payable via bank transfer, unfortunately we do not accept cheques.

Dates cannot be secured until both the deposit and signed contracts are received.
